Our History
The office serving Kern County and now numerous states throughout the country was established in 1983 by Jeffrey M Schwartz. There have been several transitions starting with the agency being in the office of Stanley Schwartz, Jeff’s father, to moving to being a Guardian agent in 1990, with the office located on Business Park Drive in Bakersfield, California.
The agency then became associated with Pacific Advisors in 1995 When several offices were combined. Now Pacific advisors has 11 corporate offices with multiple satellite offices such as the one in Bakersfield.
